Subscription Process

Our mask subscription is deliberately kept simple. With the subscription, you receive your product regularly and don't have to reorder every time.

After the first follow-up order, you can cancel your subscription at any time for future deliveries. The cancellation applies to both masks and can be easily processed via our customer center.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot subsequently be canceled via subscription cancellation.
