General Terms and Conditions of Teluni
§1 Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed through our online shop https://teluni.de/.
(2) In the event of the conclusion of a contract, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer makes a binding offer to contract by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
(1) Selection of the desired goods
(2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" buttons
(3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
(4) Clicking the "Checkout" button
(5) Logging into the online shop after registration and entering login details (e-mail address and password).
(6) Re-checking or correcting the respective entered data.
(7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" or "Buy" button
Before the binding submission of the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's data is recorded and correct input errors, or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser, by using the "Back" button contained in the internet browser he is using after checking his information. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We will send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at http://www.teluni.de/pages/agb
For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.
§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The stated prices include the statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment by advance payment, cash on delivery, direct debit, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment by advance payment, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
If we deliver by cash on delivery, the purchase price claim becomes due upon receipt of the goods.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 12 working days at the latest. The period for delivery begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is placed with the bank commissioned with the transfer, and for all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to him, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.
(3) If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when ordering, refuses to accept the shipment, or fails to pick up a shipment made available for collection within the respective deadline, and the goods are therefore returned to us, the additional costs incurred as a result are the responsibility of the customer, provided that the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.
If the customer demands a refund of the purchase price in this case, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred by the return from the refund amount.
These are charged at a flat rate of €5.00 to €8.00, unless demonstrably lower costs have been incurred.
§5 Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
§6 Right of withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

§7 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.
§8 Contract language
Only German is available as the contract language.
